Q: I STRUGGLE TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE MEDITATIONS I GET A LOT OF UNWANTED DAILY THOUTHS KEEP COMING I HAVE TRIED LISTENING TO THE SAME MEDITATION MORE THAN ONCE TO TRY TO FEEL THAT I HAVE REALLY ABSORBED THEM AND RELEAS AND SOMETIMES THEN FEEL A BIT SPACED OUT NOT FULLY GROUNDED
